Overview
Intel’s Arria 10 SoC FPGA adopts TSMC 20nm process technology and integrates dual-core ARM Cortex-A9MPCore hardware processor system (HPS) and industry-leading programmable logic technologies such as hardware floating-point digital signal processor (DSP) blocks. Rich feature embedded peripherals, hardened floating-point variable precision DSP block, embedded high-speed transceiver, hard memory controller and protocol IP controller, CPU operating frequency up to 1.5GHz.

Intel Arria 10 SoC FPGA supports the use of 32-bit DDR4 SDRAM memory to improve system performance.

The commercial operating temperature range is: TC=0℃ to +95℃
The industrial working temperature range is: TC=-40℃ to +95℃

The improved Arria 10 HPS now has three Ethernet MAC cores, 256 KB Scratch-RAM, supports 8-bit and 16-bit NAND flash memory devices, eMMC SD/SDIO/MMC cards, and 72-bit DDR3/4 memory.
